Digital Planners

It does not matter what you do for work, school or play, it is quite probable you will need a way to keep yourself organized, manage your schedule or have an overview of your tasks or memories. Having a planner will definitely help you have a better sense of control over many aspects of your daily routine. This is where a digital planner comes into play.

Our planners use the simple, basic foundation of a paper planner and transform it. A great thing about digital planners is you can write something, erase it if you don’t like it and re-write it. Depending on the annotation app you are using you can also type text. No more scrap pieces of paper laying around to get lost. No more post-it notes in pockets that get thrown out.

With a digital planner you can completely customize it to what you need and even better, to what you want. All the tabs and page links are hyperlinked to make it easy to move around the planner. You are also able to move pages around within the planner and not lose the hyperlinks. If you like to colour code your tasks, guess what – you can!! You can write freely, even return at a later date and change the colour and even change the position of an element on the page. It is easy to add photos to your pages, also you can add colourful and fun digital stickers. Let your creative juices flow!!!

First off, what is digital planning? Simply put, digital planning is a digital version of a paper planner. Paper planners come dated or undated, lots of space to write down your schedule, notes, to do lists etc. A disadvantage to paper planners is you need white out or eraser of some sort in case you make a mistake or need to change your schedule. With a digital planner if you make a mistake you can avail yourself of the “UNDO” feature that is available on planner apps and no one but you is any the wiser!!

Paper planners can also pile up in your space, if you are a little bit of a pack rat and like to keep everything. With a digital planner you and reuse it over and over again. With a digital planner download you can save your current planner with a unique file name, once completed you can return to the original download and start a new one, or, download a different planner.

Digital planning is a way to  keep yourself organized and accountable. Since we have our smart phones and other devices right at our fingertips, it is not much of a stretch to migrate from paper to digital. Digital planners typically take the form of an interactive PDF file that can be written on using a tablet and a stylus.
